Stationery Design
1. Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is
an information-gathering exercise which sees a
representative of Motor Media meeting with the
client to gain an understanding of their company
and its unique corporate image.
2. Authorisation to commence
Upon giving consideration to your individual
requirements, we will respond with an estimate based on the information
gathered previously. We require you to sign the 'commencement agreement'
and fax it back to us.
3. Gathering of information
Before commencement, we ask to be supplied all
details to be included in the stationery: - Corporate logo in Illustrator
EPS format (re-construction of logo may incur a fee) - Specifications
for colour reproduction - Typeface usage (Unique typefaces may need
to be supplied by the client or purchased) - Names - Phone numbers
- Fax numbers - Postal and/or street address - Web address - Email
addresses - Any other specific information to be included
4. Development of draft
The first stage is to develop a draft letterhead,
business card and with compliments slip that complement and convey
the company's unique corporate image.
5. Refinement of draft
This stage offers you the opportunity to tell
us what you like and what you don't. There may be aspects of the
draft that appeal and may be refined further, or discarded for a
new approach. It may take two or three "incarnations" before we
arrive at the final design.
6. Finalisation of artwork
With the final design agreed upon, we will now
produce the stationery with all staff members' details.
7. Final approval
You will be supplied each piece of stationery
in PDF format for final approval of names and contact details.
8. Printing
Motor Media is able to take
care of all your printing needs - we will provide
a printing quote for your consideration.
